Terms of Use
Field Book is offered under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, plus the terms below.
Pages & subscriptions
- Field Book Pro is an auto-renewing subscription ($6.99/month or $59.99/year) granting 40 pages per month. It renews until canceled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Unused pages roll over up to 80.
- Page packs are one-time purchases. Purchased pages do not expire.
- A failed generation automatically refunds its page.
Your content & AI artwork
- You must own or have rights to photos you press, and you are responsible for what you publish. Don't publish unlawful content or other people's private information; we may remove published books that violate this and you can report any published book from its page.
- Artwork is generated by an AI model from your photo; results vary and may contain inaccuracies. You may use your generated pages personally and commercially.
Printed books
- Physical-book ordering is optional, separate from Pro and page credits, available only for eligible completed books and United States delivery, and limited to one copy per order. The merchandise price, available shipping method, and tax are shown before you authorize payment.
- Checkout places a temporary card authorization that may appear as pending. It is not captured while the selected book imagery and print files are being prepared. You must provide the requested source files and reopen the app when asked, before the stated deadline, or the authorization may be canceled.
- After the printer validates the interior and cover, the order enters a two-hour cancellation window shown in the app. You may cancel before that deadline. After it ends, we capture the full authorized amount and submit the personalized book for production; customer cancellation is no longer available.
- If the printer confirms a terminal rejection after capture, we refund the captured payment. If a delivered copy arrives damaged, defective, or materially different because of a production error, contact us promptly with photos so we can assess a replacement or refund. Minor colour, paper, trim, spine, and screen-to-print variation is normal.
- Printing and transit dates are estimates, not guarantees. We show printer status and any carrier tracking details Lulu makes available; some shipping methods may not include tracking or may not show it until the carrier scans the package.
- You authorize us and our providers to reproduce the locked photos, artwork, captions, and book metadata solely to prepare, print, deliver, support, and protect the order. You must have the rights and permissions needed for everything included in the book.
Service
We may update styles, prompts, and limits, and take reasonable measures (rate limits) to keep the service healthy. The service is provided as-is; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
